THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED:

Along with the application for a long-term visa, you must submit:

a travel document (original)
a photograph
proof of finance
proof of accommodation
a document on the entry into the pertinent business register, list or record
confirmation of non – existence of arrears
confirmation of non – existence of arrears on the side of the company or cooperative
a document on travel medical insurance
upon request an income tax assessment
